If you receive a damaged product or notice a manufacturing error, please contact us on our website. Provide clear photos showing the issue, and if applicable, include an additional photo or video showing all affected items visible in one frame for confirmation purposes.
Refunds:
We offer refunds for damaged products or manufacturing errors if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for products ordered in the wrong size or color, or if you simply change your mind. Additionally, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products with minor variations in print placement, as there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement on DTG products.

If a package is lost in transit, please first verify that the provided address is accurate. Even minor errors in the address can cause delivery failures. If the address is correct, contact the local post office to inquire about the package's whereabouts. After completing these steps, contact us for further assistance. We will investigate the issue and offer a free replacement if there was no error on your part.
